Chapmans has on-street parking outside the front of the shop, our own yard with marked spaces behind the shop off of Queens Road and there is a large car park also off of Queens Road. Links to these locations are below

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Can I buy products online?
We do offer a online service with a ‘click and collect’ shipping option. Feel free to browse our offering here in our online shop. We currently have about 1% of our total product range online but are progressively adding to this.
What is Click and Collect?
Click and Collect is effectively collecting an order in store once you have bought the product online, if you don’t wish to buy online or wonder if we have further options (we very likely do) please pop into the shop or contact us via email or phone.
When will my Click & Collect order be ready?
It is likely we will already have your order in stock, but subject to availability we may have to order it which could take a few days (usually 2 working days).
We will email you to confirm your order and then again to let you know that your order is ready to collect.
Where should I park to collect my Click and Collect Order?
For smaller items that you are happy to carry from the shop feel free to park in our yard or the car park.
If you have ordered salt, coal or even large sacks of bird food we recommend parking in the marked yellow space next in our yard and we can load your order into your car for you. We do also offer delivery for larger salt and coal orders, please contact us for details

Is everything you sell available online?
We offer such a large range of products that adding it all online will take a very long time so we are adding to this gradually. In the meantime a detailed list of our products and product ranges is available here on our instore only products page.
